CEWAGUARD monitoring checks the function of the connectedemergency lights. It is possible to connect up to 20 emer-gency lights. Mixed operation within a circuit of maintainedlight, switched maintained light and non-maintained light ispossible with STAR technology. An additional data cable isnot required for SKU.1 type CG-S.The group switching of the emergency lighting circuits ena-bles an optimal, space-saving design and thus the supplyof a large number of emergency lighting circuits in a smallspace. The arrangement of the circuit fuses on the frontof the module makes it easy to replace them in the eventof short circuits or overloads. The LEDs on the front of theunit automatically signal sum faults which are indicated indetail on the HMI. Thus one receives very comfortably allnecessary information. In addition, the generously designed ventilation slots ensu-re optimum air circulation and heat transport. An automaticinsulation fault search in combination with the BCM.1module and the colour touch screen makes the initial com-missioning considerably easier.Ordering detailsType Description Order No.SKU.1.1 CG-S 4 x 1,5A Circuit switching 4 x 1.5A for Snap subrack Moun-ting40071361550Technical descriptionInputsRated voltage AC 220-240 VRated voltage DC 184-275 VRated frequency 50 or 60 HzOutputsRated current 1,5 AShort-circuit current 1500 ASwitching cycles 10000cos phi kapazitiv 0,5 - 1,0Maximum own consumption 8WAmbient temperature -5°C…+55°CDegree of protection IP20Protection class 2Distance between ventilation slots 75 mmNumber of circuits 4Rated current per circuit 1.5 AFuse protection per circuit 2.5 AMax. inrush peak current per circuit 60 AMax. wire cross-section 2.5 mm2Dimensions and weight 0.83 kgH x W X D (in mm) 170 x 55 x 155Module width 1 TE (1 and 55 mm)Typical switching over time: AC to DC = 450 msCurrent value monitoring is possible, but should only beused in exceptional cases where individual monitoring isnot possible for technical reasons. It must be ensured thatthe failure of a single light is detected which is difficult withlights with low power consumption such as LED lights dueto the supply voltage and ambient temperature fluctuationsof the light. It is not possible to precisely locate individualdefective luminaires.
