25You can set the oven control to delay-start the oven,cook for a specific length of time and then turn offautomatically.Make sure the oven clock shows the correcttime of day.1 Press the CONV BAKE/1 RACK pad(Convection Bake 1-Rack mode) for 1-rackconvection baking. This mode is used forcooking food items on only 1 rack inconvection bake.Press the CONV BAKE/MULTI pad(Convection Bake Multi mode) for multi-rackconvection baking. This mode is used forcooking food items on more than one rack(i.e. 2, 3 or more racks) at the same time inConvection Bake. See the Multi-rackconvection baking section for moreinformation.Press the CONV ROAST pad for convectionroasting.2 Press the number pads to set the desiredoven temperature.3 Press the COOK TIME pad.NOTE: If your recipe requires preheating, you may needto add additional time to the length of the cooking time.4 Press the number pads to set the desiredcooking time.5 Press the DELAY START pad.6 Press the number pads to set the time of dayyou want the oven to turn on and start cooking.If you would like to check the times you have set,press the DELAY START pad to check the starttime you have set or press the COOK TIME padto check the length of cooking time you have set.NOTE: If you want your food to be kept warm for up to3 hours after the cooking function is finished, press theWARM/PROOF pad once.7 Press the START pad.NOTE: An attention tone will sound if you are usingtimed baking or roasting and do not press the STARTpad after entering the baking or roasting temperature.When the oven turns on at the time of day youhave set, the display will show the changingtemperature (starting at 100°F) and the cookingtime countdown. To display the time set for the firstoven set, press the DELAY START pad to check the starttime you have set or press the COOK TIME pad to checkthe length of cooking time you have set.The oven will continue to cook for theprogrammed amount of time, then shut offautomatically, unless the WARM feature was set.8 Press the CLEAR/OFF pad to clear the displayif necessary. Remove the food from the oven.Remember, even though the oven shuts offautomatically, food left in the oven will continuecooking after the oven turns off.NOTE: You will hear a fan while cooking with thisfeature.
