Special features of your oven control.Auto Recipe ™ Conversion (on some models)When using convection bake, theAuto Recipe™ Conversion feature willautomatically convert entered regularbaking temperatures to convection bakingtemperatures.This feature is activated so that the displaywill show the actual converted (reduced)temperature. For example, if you entera regular recipe temperature of 176.7°C(350°F) and touch the START pad, thedisplay will show CON and the convertedtemperature of 162.8°C (325°F).To deactivate the feature:Touch the upper oven BAKE andBROIL HI/LO pads at the same timeuntil the display shows SF.Touch the CONVECTION BAKE pad.The display will show CON ON. Touchthe CONVECTION BAKE pad again.The display will show CON OFF.Touch the START pad.To reactivate the feature, repeat steps1–3 above but touch the START pad whenCON ON is in the display.12-Hour, 24-Hour or Clock BlackoutYour control is set to use a 12-hour clock.If you would prefer to have a 24-hourmilitary time clock or black out the clockdisplay, follow the steps below.Touch the upper oven BROIL HI/LOand BAKE pads at the same time untilthe display shows SF.Touch the CLOCK pad once. Thedisplay will show 12 hr. If this is thechoice you want, touch the STARTpad.Touch the CLOCK pad again to change tothe 24-hour military time clock. The displaywill show 24 hr. If this is the choice youwant, touch the START pad.Touch the CLOCK pad again to black outthe clock display. The display will showOFF. If this is the choice you want, touchthe START pad.NOTE: If the clock is in the black-out mode,you will not be able to use the Delay Startfunction.Tone Volume (on some models)This feature allows you to adjust the tonevolumes to a more acceptable volume.There are three possible volume levels.Touch the upper oven BROIL HI/LOand BAKE pads at the same time untilthe display shows SF.Touch the COOK TIME pad.The display will show 2 BEEP.This is the middle volume level.Touch the COOK TIME pad again.The display will show 3 BEEP. Thisis the loudest volume level.Touch the COOK TIME pad again.The display will show 1 BEEP. This isthe quietest volume level.For each time the level is changed,a tone will sound to provide anindication of the volume level.Choose the desired sound level(1 BEEP, 2 BEEP, 3 BEEP).Touch the START pad to activatethe level shown.Cook and Hold (on some models)Your new control has a cook-and-holdfeature that keeps cooked foods warm forup to 3 hours after the cooking function isfinished.To activate this feature, follow the stepsbelow.Touch the BAKE and BROIL HI/LOpads at the same time until thedisplay shows SF.Touch the COOK TIME pad.The display will show Hld OFF.Touch the COOK TIME pad againto activate the feature.
