Check food earlier than the recipesuggested time when using this mode or use a meatprobe. To use this mode touch the Convection Roastpad, enter a temperature, and then touch Start.Slow Cook Hi/LoSlow cook is designed for long hours of unattendedcooking. Touch the number pads to set the desired lengthof cooking time. The minimum cooking time you canset is 1 minute. The oven temperature that you set andthe cooking time that you entered will be in the display.Touch the Delay Start pad. Touch the number pads toset the time of day you want the oven to turn on andstart cooking. Touch the Start pad. NOTE: An attentiontone will sound if you are using timed baking and donot touch the Start pad. (Thetemperature display will start to change once the oventemperature reaches 100°F.) When the oven reachesthe temperature you set, beeps will sound. Touchthe Cancel/Off pad to clear the display if necessary.Remove the food from the oven.
