The locations andappearances of the features shown here may not match those of your model.Cooktop ControlsThe cooktop controls can be set to anywhere between HIGH andLOW. Push in and turn to the desired heat setting. Use thefollowing chart as a guide when setting heat levels.Cooktop On Indicator LightEach cooktop control has a Cooktop On indicator light. When thecontrol knob is on, the light will glow.Hot Surface Indicator LightHot Surface indicator lights are located next to the surfacecooking area. The Hot Surface indicator lights will glow as longas any surface cooking area is too hot to touch, even after thesurface cooking area(s) is turned off.Dual Element(on some models)The Dual elements offer flexibility depending on the size of thecookware. Single size can be used in the same way as a regularelement. The dual size combines the single and dual elementsand is recommended for larger cookware, larger quantities offood and home canning.A.
