77Parameter Description - Basic Set UpThis parameter is used to put the drive into different modes. Themodes are defined below.Value range: run Run mode. All normal functions.conF Configuration mode. Used in special cases totrouble shoot operationStoP Drive stopped. Motor can not run, drive will notrespond. When using serial com, this modeallows parameter changes.S Lrn System Learn. Auto tunes the drive to themotor. Refer to section 5.5.3 and 5.6.3 forinstructions.I Lrn Inertia Learn. Learns the system inertia andactivates the FFTC.P Lrn Pole Learn. Learns the pole positions of PMmotors. Refer to section 5.11.1 and 5.11.2 forinstructions.Default setting: StopReserved settings: I Lrn (future function)Drive configurationThis parameter is time limited for safety. Once conF is activatedyou have 90 seconds to complete the task at hand. After thetimer runs out, the mode will change to StoP. It will be necessaryto change back to conF thus resetting the timer to continue. Onceall set up is complete set this parameter to run.A short cut exists to toggle between run and Stop. From whateverparameter is currently being viewed, press and hold the FUNCand STOP button to change LF.3=Stop. The display will show“Stop” and return to the previous parameter. It is now possibleto change the parameter value. Press ENT to store the value.Likewise, to toggle to run mode, press and hold the FUNC andSTART key. The display will confirm by displaying run and thenreturn to the previous parameter.i
