231Menu Guide > C The Photo Shooting MenuD Release ModeIn continuous release modes, the camera records all exposures in asingle burst. If On (series) is selected, a new multiple exposure willstart as each previous multiple exposure ends; if On (single photo) isselected, multiple exposure shooting will end after the first multipleexposure is recorded. In self-timer mode, the camera will automaticallyrecord the number of exposures selected in Step 3, regardless of theoption selected for Custom Setting c2 (Self-timer) > Number ofshots; the interval between shots is however controlled by CustomSetting c2 (Self-timer) > Interval between shots. In other releasemodes, one photograph will be taken each time the shutter-releasebutton is pressed; continue shooting until all exposures have beenrecorded.D Image QualityMultiple exposures shot with an NEF (RAW) option selected for imagequality will be recorded in JPEG fine format.
