PUK codesThe personal unblocking key (PUK)code and the universal personalunblocking key (UPUK) code (8digits) is required to change ablocked PIN code and UPIN code,respectively. The PUK2 code (8 digits)is required to change a blocked PIN2code. You may be able to receivethe settings directly as aconfiguration message. Afterreceiving the settings you must savethem on your phone. The serviceprovider may provide a PIN that isneeded to save the settings. If the phone requests Entersettings' PIN:, enter the PIN code forthe settings, and select OK. Toreceive the PIN code, contact theservice provider that supplies thesettings.
