See ”Configuration” p. 41.To activate the settings for thee-mail application, select Menu >Messages > Message settings >E-mail messages and from thefollowing options:Configuration — Select the set thatyou would like to activate.Account — Select an accountprovided by the service provider.My name — Enter your name ornickname.E-mail address — Enter e-mailaddress.Include signature — You can define asignature that is automaticallyadded to the end of your e-mailwhen you write your message.Reply-to address — Enter the e-mailaddress to which you want thereplies to be sent.SMTP user name — Enter the namethat you want to use for outgoingmail.SMTP password — Enter thepassword that you want to use foroutgoing mail.Display terminal window — SelectYes to perform manual userauthentication for intranetconnections.Incoming server type — Select eitherPOP3 or IMAP4, depending on thetype of e-mail system that you areusing. If both types are supported,select IMAP4.Incoming mail settings — Selectavailable options for POP3 or IMAP4.Font sizeTo change the font size for readingand writing messages, select Menu> Messages > Message settings >Other settings > Font size.■ Message counterSelect Menu > Messages > Messagecounter for approximate informationon your recent communications.
