Connect the charger to a wallsocket.2. Connect the lead from the chargerto the socket on the bottom of yourphone.If the battery is completely discharged,it may take a few minutes before thecharging indicator appears on thedisplay or before any calls can bemade.The charging time depends on thecharger and the battery used.For example, charging a BL-5B batterywith the AC-3 charger takes about1 hour and 10 minutes while thephone is in the standby mode.
