If you haveany reason to believe that your batteryis not an authentic original Nokiabattery, you should refrain from usingit, and take it to the nearest authorisedNokia service point or dealer forassistance. Your authorised Nokiaservice point or dealer will inspect thebattery for authenticity. If authenticitycannot be verified, return the batteryto the place of purchase.Authenticate hologram1. When looking at the hologram onthe label, you should see the Nokiaconnecting hands symbol from oneangle and the Nokia OriginalEnhancements logo when lookingfrom another angle.2. When you angle the hologram left,right, down, and up, you should see1, 2, 3, and 4 dots on each siderespectively.3. Scratch the side of the label toreveal a 20-digit code, for example,12345678919876543210. Turn thebattery so that the numbers arefacing upwards. The 20-digit codereads starting from the number atthe top row followed by thebottom row.
