Additional SAR information may be providedunder product information at www.nokia.com.Limited WarrantyNokia Corporation, represented by its Mobile PhonesDivision ("Nokia") warrants that this Nokia cellularproduct and/or genuine Nokia accessory ("Product") isfree from defects in material and workmanship,according to the following terms and conditions:1. The limited warranty for the cellular phone, dataproduct and all genuine Nokia accessories (exceptbattery packs) extends for the first twelve (12)months beginning on the date of purchase of theProduct.2. The limited warranty for genuine Nokia batterypacks extends for the first six (6) months beginningon the date of purchase of the Product.3. The limited warranty extends only to the originalconsumer purchaser ("Consumer") of the Productand is not assignable or transferable to anysubsequent purchaser/end user.4. The limited warranty extends only to Consumerswho purchase the Product in one of the countries(or areas) set forth at the end of this document. Thelimited warranty is only valid in Nokia’s intendedcountry (or area) of sale of the Product.5. During the limited warranty period, Nokia or itsauthorised service network will repair or replace,at Nokia’s option, any defective Product or partsthereof with new or factory rebuilt replacementitems, and return the Product to the Consumer inworking condition. No charge will be made to theConsumer for either parts or labor in repairing orreplacing the Product. All replaced parts, boards orequipment shall become property of Nokia. Theexternal housing and cosmetic parts shall be freeof defects at the time of shipment and, therefore,shall not be covered under these limited warrantyterms.6. Repaired Product will be warranted for the balanceof the original warranty period or for ninety (90)days from the date of repair, whichever is longer.7. Upon request from Nokia or its authorised servicecentre, the Consumer must provide purchasereceipt or other information to prove the date andplace of purchase.8. Transportation, delivery and handling chargesincurred in the transport of the Product to and fromNokia or its authorised service centre will be borneby the Consumer.9.
