CalendarCreate a calendar entryPress , and select Applications > Calendar.1. To add a new calendarentry, scroll to thedesired date, and selectOptions > Newentry and one of thefollowing:● Meeting — toremind you of anappointment thathas a specific dateand time● Meetingrequest — to create and send a new meetingrequest. You must have a mailbox set up forsending requests. See "Managemailboxes", p. 135.● Memo — to write a general entry for a day● Anniversary — to remind you of birthdays orspecial dates (entries are repeated annually)● To-do — to remind you of a task that must bedone by a specific date2. Fill in the fields. To set an alarm, select Alarm >On, and enter the alarm time and date.To add a description for an entry, selectOptions > Add description.3. To save the entry, select Done.Tip: In the day, week, or month calendarview, press any key (1-0). An appointmententry opens, and the characters you enter areadded to the subject field. In the to-do view,a to-do note entry opens.When the calendar alarm sounds for a note, selectSilence to turn off the calendar alarm tone. Thereminder text stays on the screen. To stop thecalendar alarm, select Stop. To set the alarm tosnooze, select Snooze.Tip: To define the time period after which thecalendar alarm sounds again when you set itto snooze, press , and selectApplications > Calendar > Options >Settings > Alarm snooze time.Calendar viewsTo change the starting day of the week or the viewthat is shown when you open the calendar, selectOptions > Settings.
