Followthe instructions given by your remote mailbox andinternet service provider (ISP).If you select New mailbox in the Messaging mainview and have not set up your e-mail account, youare prompted to do so. You can have up to sixmailboxes.Open the mailboxPress , and select Messaging and a mailbox.When you open the mailbox, the device asks if youwant to connect to the mailbox (Connect tomailbox?).To connect to your mailbox and retrieve new e-mailheadings or messages, select Yes. When you viewmessages online, you are continuously connectedto a remote mailbox using a data connection.To view previously retrieved e-mail messagesoffline, select No.To create a new e-mail message, select Newmessage > E-mail in the Messaging main view orOptions > Create message > E-mail in yourmailbox. When you have an open connection to a remotemailbox, select Options > Retrieve e-mail >New to retrieve all new messages, Selected toretrieve only selected messages, or All toretrieve all messages from the mailbox.To stop retrieving messages, select Cancel.2. To close the connection and view the e-mailmessages offline, select Options >Disconnect.3. To open an e-mail message, press the scroll key.If the e-mail message has not been retrieved andyou are offline, you are asked if you want toretrieve this message from the mailbox.To view e-mail attachments, open the message, andselect the attachment field indicated by .
