(Template files are stored in/client/en/rpt.) You can use these template files as the basis forcustomized reports. To create a customized report based on a standard reporttemplate, follow these steps:1. Copy the standard report template and give it a meaningful name.2. Modify the new template using Crystal Reports.3. Import the new template into the server (see ìImporting a report created inCrystal Reportsî on page 66).Note: For reports available in a number of collection frequencies, there is atemplate for each frequency. The template names have the same prefix as thecorresponding view.Raw and calculated dataSome fields contain raw data, which is data that is taken directly from the view.Others (such as average and percentage fields) contain data that is calculatedusing one or more view fields.Descriptions of raw data fieldsThis manual provides the view field from which the data is taken for raw data.For a detailed description of the data in the field, refer to the description of theview field in Appendix B, ìData dictionary.îDescriptions of calculated fieldsFor calculated fields, this manual provides the formula used to calculate the fieldvalue.
