You shouldchange the password from the one that the system assigns to a new password assoon as possible. Nortel Networks recommends changing passwords regularlyfor security reasons.Note: User IDs and passwords are case-sensitive.To change desktop passwords1 Log on to Symposium Express Call Center with the user ID of the userwhose password you want to change.Result: The Administration window appears.2 Click Password.Result: The Change Password dialog box appears.3 In the Old Password box, type the existing password.4 In the New Password box, type the new password.5 In the Confirm New Password box, type the new password again.6 Click OK.Result: You return to the Administration window.
