Before you candelete a supervisor account, you must perform either of the following tasks:! Reassign the agents to another supervisor.! Delete all of the agents who report to the supervisor.To delete a user1 In the Administration window, from the User Administration drop-downmenu, choose Agent/Supervisor Administration.Result: The Agent/Supervisor Administration window appears.2 Select the user you want to delete.3 Choose File ➝ Delete.Result: A dialog box asks you to confirm that you want to delete the user.4 Click Yes to confirm the deletion.Result: The user is deleted and you return to the Agent/SupervisorAdministration window.Note: If you are deleting a supervisor and any agents report to thesupervisor, then a message states that the supervisor cannot be deleted.5 To return to the Administration window, choose File ➝ Close.
