For moreinformation about troubleshooting TAPI, refer to “Troubleshooting” in theNetwork Managers Guide for Symposium TAPI Service Provider for Succession3.0.Several improvements have been made in the Dynamic Transaction Handler forSymposium Web Center Portal Release 4.0/SU05 to provide increased stabilityand improved error handling.Error handlingThe DTH handles any communications errors with the TAPI server as a result ofCTI link loss, TAPI server congestion, TAPI server restarts, switch errors, switchrestarts, and network problems. All errors are reported in the Symposium WebCenter Portal Event logs.Local Administrator and Domain Administrator password issuesEnsure that you have different passwords for your Local Administrator and yourDomain Administrator. If the Local Administrator and the DomainAdministrator have the same password, the DTH will not work properly.
