3.00 Transfer RecallDescriptionIf a call transferred by the Unscreened CallTransfer, Camp-On Transfer or Ringing Transferfunction is not answered by the destination partywithin a preprogrammed time period, the call willreturn to the extension user or attendant consolethat transferred the call.When the handset is on-hook or off-hook, theTransfer Recall call signal or call waiting tone,respectively, enables the party attempting thetransfer to be advised that the call has not beenanswered. The call waiting tone sent when thehandset is off-hook, is heard through the speakerin the case of a PITS and through the handset inthe case of an SLT.The time taken to activate this function for theextension or attendant console is set by “System-System Timer”, Transfer Recall.ProgrammingSystem Programming ReferenceVT Dumb“System-System Timer”,Transfer Recall10-C-6.009-D-3.00ConditionsWhen there are more than one parties on hold,this function is started from the earliest time forthe transfer operation.In a PITS, the CO line and extension TransferRecall call signals have the same ringing patternas the CO line and extension incoming callsignals, and a monotone call signal is sent.While the Transfer Recall call signal or callwaiting tone is being sent, if your PITS has adisplay, it shows:• When the transfer destination extension doesnot have a name programmed:RCL: Ext 1234Extension number (DN)• When the transfer destination extension has aname programmed:RCL: JackIn an SLT, the CO line and extension TransferRecall signals are exactly the same as the COline and extension incoming call signals.3-E-3
