Intercom34 For assistance, please visit http://www.panasonic.com/phonehelpConference call with an outsidecall and an intercom callWhile you are talking with an outside caller,one more extension can join theconversation and establish a conferencecall.1 During an outside call, press{INTERCOM}.2 To page the base unit, press {0}.To page the handset, enter itsextension number ({1} to {8}).3 When the paged party answers, press{CONF} to make a conference call.L To leave the conference, press{OFF}. The other 2 parties cancontinue the conversation.Note:L The outside call can be put on hold bypressing {HOLD}. Only the person whoplaced the call on hold can resume thefull conference by pressing {CONF}.L Multiple parties can join a conferencecall. The possible number ofparticipating parties depends on theresources available for wirelesscommunication.When another participating party cannotjoin a conversation, “System isbusy. Please try again later.”is displayed.Call shareThis feature allows the unit to join anexisting outside call.Joining a conversationJoin the conversation by pressing {LINE1}or {LINE2} to select the line that is beingused by another extension for an outsidecall.L “Conference” is displayed.Note:L Multiple parties can join a conferencecall. Please try again later.”is displayed.Call privacyCall privacy allows you to prevent otherusers from joining your conversations withoutside callers. To allow other users to joinyour conversations, leave this feature off.To turn this feature on/off, press{PRIVACY}.Note:L This feature will turn off after you hangup the call.
