For moreinformation, see the operatinginstructions included with your base unit.Memory capacityThe total recording capacity (includingyour greeting message, caller messages,and voice memos) is about 60 minutes. Amaximum of 99 messages (including agreeting message) can be recorded.L If less than 10 minutes of recording timeis available, the unit announces theremaining recording time whenoperating the answering system.L Messages are retained even if a powerfailure occurs.Listening to messagesWhen new messages have beenrecorded, “New message” is displayed.1 {MENU} (F6)2 i i {SELECT}L The unit plays new messagesincluding memo messages.L When you have no new messages,the unit plays back all messages.3 Press {OFF} when finished.Adjusting the speaker volumePress {^} or {V} while listening to amessage.Voice guidanceIf you do not press any buttons after thelast message is played back, the unit’svoice guidance starts.
