If desired,the DSS/BLF key can also provide ring monitor.For example, you can set extension A as a DSS/BLF key on extension B.When extension A rings, the LED of the DSS/BLF key on extension Bflashes. If extension B answers the call by pressing the DSS/BLF key, theLED on extension A goes off and the call remains only on the DSS/BLF keyof extension B.Ringing can be set on either one or both extensions. If the extensions are notset for ringing, the LED of the DSS/BLF key will flash red. If the extensionsare set for ringing, the LED will flash green.When extension A is in use, the LED of the DSS/BLF key on extension B willlight red. If one extension has the Absence Message, Call Forwarding, or Do-Not-Disturb feature activated, the DSS/BLF key will light green.OperationTo assign a DSS/BLF key:1. Press the PROG key.2.
