79Camera and Camcorder OptionsOptions are represented by icons across both sides of the screen.Note: The options disappear after a few seconds. Touch the screen to makethem reappear.Camera / Camcorder Mode: allows you to take a photo invarious modes. Once you change the mode, thecorresponding indicator appears at the top left of thedisplay. Choose from Camera or Camcorder.Recording mode: allows you to set the recording mode toeither: Normal, which is limited only by available space onthe destination location, or Limit for MMS, which is limitedby MMS size restrictions. Recording mode is only availablein Camcorder mode.Shooting mode: allows you to set the shooting mode.Options are:• Single shot: takes a single photo and view it beforereturning to the shooting mode.• Continuous: takes a succession of consecutive photosby pressing and holding the Camera key.• Panorama: takes a landscape photo by taking aninitial photo and then adding additional images toitself. The guide box lets you view the area where thesecond part of the panoramic picture should fallwithin.• Smile shot: the camera focuses on the face of yoursubject. Once the camera detects the person’s smile,it takes the picture.• Beauty: adjusts the contrast to smooth facial features.• Vintage: gives your photo a vintage look (hazy aroundthe edges). Touch the icon in the lower left corner ofthe display screen to choose a Normal, Warm, Cool, orMono effect.• Add me: combines people with existing background.Touch the screen to pick which side of the screen tofocus on. Press the camera key.
