OfficeServ 7400 PROGRAMMINGTECHNICAL MANUAL PART 2 JUNE 2006MMC: 316 PRESET FWD NO ANSWERDESCRIPTION:Allows a technician to assign a default destination for FNA to each station on thesystem. These destinations may be different for each station or they may be thesame. The preset destination will be temporarily overwritten if the station user entersa different FNA destination. If the user cancels the new destination, the presetdestination will once more be in effect. If a station user has a FNA key, the LED willnot indicate Preset Forward No Answer. Preset Forward No Answer time follows thestation forward no answer timer. There is also an option (OPT) to select whether theforward applies to internal calls (I), outside calls (O) or both (BOTH).Notes: This destination must be internal to the system. External numbers cannot beprogrammed.
