OfficeServ 7400 PROGRAMMINGTECHNICAL MANUAL PART 2 JUNE 2006MMC: 705 ASSIGN SYSTEM SPEED DIALDESCRIPTION:Enables the assignment of system speed dialling numbers. There are up to 500entries available for programming (see MMC 606) if SYSTEM SPEED DIAL MAX =500 in MMC 861 or 950 available if SYSTEM SPEED DIAL MAX = 950 in MMC 861.Each speed dial number consists of a trunk or trunk group access code followed bya separator and up to 24 digits to be dialled. These dialled digits may consist of 0-9,4 and #. If the system recognises a valid trunk or trunk group access number, it willautomatically insert the separator.PROGRAM KEYSUP & DOWN Used to scroll through optionsKEYPAD Used to enter selectionsSOFT KEYS Move cursor left and rightSPEAKER Used to store data and advance to next MMCHOLD Used to clear previous entryB Used to insert a flash code "F"C Used to insert a pause code "P"D Used to insert a pulse/tone conversion code "C"E Used to mask/unmask following digits - shows as "[" or "]"F Used to enter name for speed dial bin (see MMC 706)ACTION DISPLAY1.
