OfficeServ 7400 PROGRAMMINGTECHNICAL MANUAL PART 2 JUNE 2006MMC: 607 UCD OPTIONSDESCRIPTION:Sets up UCD options when a SVMi-20E card has been installed. MMC 601 musthave already been used to define a UCD group with an overflow destination ofVMSUCD port or group. (A group is preferred over a port because a group allowsmultiple paths into the SVMi-20E card and therefore has greater traffic handlingcapabilities.) When a group overflow timer in MMC 601 expires, the caller will berouted to the SVMi-20E card It is here that the caller is played the UCD “FIRSTMESSAGE” and “SECOND MESSAGE” while in queue. This will continue until anagent becomes free or the caller is transferred to a final destination.This MMC includes options to select messages to play to a caller. These messagescan be as follows:MESSAGES 1000–9999These messages can be recorded on the SVMi-20E. Please refer to the SVMi-20Emanual for instructions on Prompt Recording.These are the default pre-programmed messages:5061: “I’m sorry, all stations are presently busy”5062: “I’m sorry, all stations are still busy”The following program options apply:FIRST MESSAGEAfter the caller has overflowed from the UCD group, the first message willimmediately play. For instructions on how to make these recordings, please refer tothe SVMi-20E manual. The default message is #5061 “I’m sorry, all stations arepresently busy.”This message will only be played once for the caller.SECOND MESSAGEIf no agent has become free after the UCD recall time (see UCD Recall), the callerwill be played the second message. For instructions on how to make theserecordings, see the SVMi-20E Administrator User Guide Section. The defaultmessage is #5062 “I’m sorry, all stations are still busy.”
