OfficeServ 7400 PROGRAMMINGTECHNICAL MANUAL PART 2 JUNE 2006MMC: 125 EXECUTIVE PRESENT STATEDESCRIPTION:When inter-working with EASYSET, the state of executive stations can be displayed.This program sets the present state of executive that the user wants to show. Also,this program allows the executive/secretary function so the user can set the answermode for when an executive calls up.Allows the system administrator or technician to change the status of an executivestation.Note: You must assign BOSS/SECRETARY stations using MMC 303 beforeprogramming this MMC.1. EXEC STATE: The text message programmed here is displayed when internetworking with Easyset.2. STATE (IN): Easyset displays the message programmed here if EXEC STATEis set to “OTHERS (IN)” in item 1 above.3. STATE (OUT): Easyset displays the message programmed here if EXECSTATE is set to “OTHERS (OUT)” in item 1 above.4. ANS MODE: When a secretary calls executive station using the BOSS key; theexecutive station according to the settings for this option.Status messages are written using the keypad. Each press of a key will select acharacter. Pressing the dial pad key will move the cursor to the next position. Forexample, if the directory name is “SAM SMITH” press the number “7” three times toget the letter “S”. Now press the number “2” once to get the letter “A”. Continueselecting characters from the table below to complete message.
