For further details,see page 97.Call Functions31Accessing Options During a CallYour phone provides a number of control functionsthat you can use during a call.Switching the Microphone Off (Mute)You can temporarily switch your phone’smicrophone off so that the other person cannothear you.Example: You may wish to say something toanother person in the room but do notwant the calling person to hear you.1. Press the Options soft key.2. When Mute highlights, press the Select softkey.The Mute icon ( ) appears on the bottom lineof the display and your correspondent can nolonger hear you.To switch the microphone back on:1.
