Network services64Call waiting (Menu 3.3)This network service informs you when someone istrying to reach you during another call.You can specify individual call waiting options forvoice calls and/or data calls:To set your call waiting options:1. Select the type of calls, voice, or data, to whichyou want to apply the call waiting option bypressing the Up or Down key, and then press theSelect soft key or the key.The screen informs you whether call waiting isactivated or deactivated.2. You can activate or deactivate the Call Waitingfeature as necessary by using the Activate orDeactivate soft key respectively.To return to the previous screen, press the Exitsoft key.You can also deactivate all call waiting settings byselecting the Cancel all option.Network services65Network selection (Menu 3.4)The Network Selection feature enables you toautomatically or manually select the network usedwhen roaming outside of your home area.Note: You can select a network other than your homenetwork only if there is a valid roamingagreement between the two.To automatically or manually select the network tobe used when roaming:1. Press the Up or Down key until the appropriateoption highlights and then press the OK soft keyor the key.If you select Automatic, you are connected tothe first available network when roaming.If you select Manual, go to step 2.2. Press the Up or Down key until the network youwant highlights and then press the OK soft keyor the key.The phone will scan for that network and youwill be connected.
