114OrganiserThe Organiser feature enables you to:• set an alarm so that the phone rings at a specifictime, for example, to remind you of anappointment.• view the calendar and organise your schedule.• set the current time and date.• use the phone as a calculator for basicmathematical equations or currency exchangeoperations.• define a list of things to do.• record voice memos.Alarm (Menu 7.1)This feature allows you to:• set the alarm to ring at a specific time.• set the phone to switch on automatically and ringthe alarm even if the phone is switched off.The following options are available:Once: the alarm rings only once and is thendeactivated.Daily: the alarm rings every day at the same time.Morning call: the alarm rings to wake you up inthe morning.Organiser115To set an alarm:1. Choose the type of an alarm to be set and pressthe Select soft key or the key.2. Enter the time for the alarm to sound.Note: Your phone is preset to a 24-hour format.To change the format, see page 120.If you want to use the alarm options, press theOptions soft key. The following options areavailable:• Remove alarm: deactivates the currentalarm.• Alarm sound set: allows you to select thealarm melody.3. Press the key.4. If applicable, select AM or PM and press theSelect soft key or the key.5. If you select Morning call in step 1, select therepeat option, Monday to friday or Monday tosaturday, and press the Select soft key or thekey.To stop the alarm when it rings, open the phone, ifnecessary and press any key.Remove alarm: deactivates all alarm settings.Autopower: when this option is set to Enable, thealarm rings at the specified time, even if the phoneis switched off.If the menu option is set to Disable and the phoneis switched off at the specified time, the alarm doesnot ring.
