Messages86• Add page: allows you to add up to 5 pages.After adding pages, you can move to eachpage using the Left or Right key on themessage screen. The display shows you thecurrent page number and memory space usedfor the page.• Delete: deletes the item from your message.• Duration: allows you to set when and howlong text, an image, a sound, or a pagedisplays on the message presentation screen.If the duration you set is shorter then thecontent duration (for example, the length ofthe sound clip) for a particular page, thecontent duration is automatically decreased.• Send: allows you to send the message.• Save: saves the message in the Draft (Menu5.2.4) or Templates (Menu 5.2.5) box forlater use.• Settings: allows you to change the messagesettings. For further details about each settingoption, see page 93.• Add destination: allows you to enterdestination addresses. See steps 6 to 11 onpage 86.• Preview: shows the message you created.5. When you have finished creating the message,select Send from the options and press theSelect soft key or the key.6. Select a destination type (To, Cc, or Bcc) andpress the Select soft key or the key.7. Choose one of the following options and pressthe Select soft key or the key:Messages87• Phone number: allows you to enter thephone number you want.• E-mail: allows you to enter the e-mail addressof the recipient.• Phonebook: allows you to retrieve a numberfrom your Phonebook.8. Enter a number or an e-mail address, or selecta number from Phonebook.9. When the correct number or address displays,press the OK soft key or the key.10. To add a destination, press the Select soft keyor the key when Add destination highlights.Repeat from step 7.If you want to edit the destinations, select oneand press the Options soft key or the key.You can change or delete it.11. To enter additional numbers or addresses to theother destination types, press the C key or thesoft key and repeat steps 6 through 10.You can enter up to 10 destinations each forTo, Cc, and Bcc.12.
