TB8100 Service Kit User’s Manual Using the Service Kit 31Using the Service KitWhen you start the Service Kit, a splash screen appears, followed by theapplication window.By default, the Monitor icon on the toolbar is selected and the navigation panegives you options for monitoring. When you click an item in the navigationpane, the main pane displays the corresponding form.ToolbarThe toolbar gives you quick access to commonly used menu commands. Forexample, instead of selecting Base Station > Configure, click the Configureicon on the toolbar.Open Lets you open a configuration file that is stored on the Service Kit computer.Save Saves the open configuration. When saving a configuration file for the firsttime, you are asked to give it a name.Connect Lets you select a BSS to connect to. When you are connected, the buttonchanges to Disconnect.
