Cubasis will issue a one ortwo bar countoff (depending on what’sset in Cubasis’ Metronome preferencesmenu), then commence recording.6.4 Transport Controls andLocate PointsThe transport controls on the US-428are set up to directly correspond to theon-screen transport controls in Cubasis.So, for example, pressing PLAY on theUS-428 will activate the PLAY mode inCubasis. Pressing STOP will haltplayback on Cubasis. Pressing REW orFFWD will activate Cubasis’ transportsto Rewind or Fast Forward, respectively.The DATA WHEEL, when AUX is notselected, will also act as a shuttle wheelfor the transport.
