Check that thecable was not forced in theconnector incorrectly.For all controllers, exceptthe YKE, YKE-N, and FRX,ensure that the DDS optionis set to Enabled.NOTE: For the6030/6050/6050A Printers,you can change this settingfrom either theCONTROLLERCONFIGURATION screenof the Printer Control Panel,or in the Web PrintManagement Tool, selectConfiguration > Printer >Printer Setup > DDSEnabled.
