The GlobalAddress Book works in a similar way to the Local Address Book, except you cannot add, editor delete users.! Load the originals and press the [E-mail] key.! To access the Global Address Book press the [Address Book] key and select [Global].! Begin to enter the E-mail address in the To: field.! when a few characters have been entered, press [Enter]. The machine will search for E-mail addresses on the LDAP server which match the characters entered.If you have not entered enough characters, a message displays requesting morecharacters.A list of E-mail addresses which match the characters entered displays.! Using the Navigation Keys, scroll through the list of addresses and find the correctaddress. Then press [Enter].! Use [Add] to enter another address if required, the maximum number of addresses youcan enter is 10.! After entering all the addresses, select [Done] and press [Enter].! Enter the Sender’s name and select other features as required.! Press [Start] to activate the job.12345
