Leave it idling.w8 Do not touch or remove electrical partswhen starting or during operation.8 Keep hands, hair, and clothes awayfrom flywheel and other rotating partswhile engine is running.2) Watch for oil flowing through the oilfeed pipes. After any air in the oillines has been expelled, the Yamahaoil injection system should supply oilnormally. If no oil has begun flowingafter 10 minutes of idling, consultyour Yamaha dealer.cC8 When operating the engine after a longperiod of storage, be sure to take theabove steps; otherwise, engine seizuremay occur.8 Use straight gasoline (petrol) only.
