Navigate to Menu->Message->Voice Mail->Set Voice Mail Code.You can also press the MESSAGE key when the voice mail code is not configured.2. Enter the voice mail code (for example, *4) in the desired account field.3. Press Save.Receiving a Voice MessageWhen receiving a new voice mail, the phone plays a warning tone and the power LED indicator slowly flashes red. Amessage of “n New Voice Mail(s)” (“n” indicates the number of unread voice messages) is displayed on the LCD screen.If the voice mail prompt box disappears, it will not pop up again unless the user receives a new voice mail or the userre-registers the account that has unread voice mail(s).NoteYour system administrator can disable the prompt box for new message(s).Leaving Voice MailsYou can leave a voice mail for someone when he/she is busy or inconvenient to answer the call. Follow the voiceprompt from the system server to leave a voice mail, and then hang up.Listening to Voice MailsWhen the LCD screen prompts that the phone receives a new voice mail, you can press the MESSAGE key or Connectsoft key to dial out the voice mail access code directly, or press the Exit soft key to close the prompt box when you arenot ready to listen to your voice mail.
