If you use Network Address Translation (NAT) to assign a public IP address to yourVC110 endpoint for communication with devices outside your private network, youmust enable NAT on your VC110 endpoint before placing calls. If your VC110 endpoint communicates with other devices through a firewall, youmust configure your firewall to allow incoming and outgoing traffic to theVC110endpoint through the reserved ports specified in Reserved Ports on page 87. Users placing calls through a firewall to endpoints mayexperience one-way audio or video if the firewall is not properly configured.
