The community string you use mustmatch one of the community strings configured for the stack. QuickConfig Manager remembers the last community string used.The default community string is security which allows you to view andconfigure the stack’s information. We recommend you change thecommunity string as soon as possible for security reasons (use the EditAccess Levels dialog box), but ensure you remember the communitystring as you cannot manage the hub without it.To enter the community string:1 From the Configure menu, select Community/Polling.Quick Config Manager displays the Community/Polling dialog box, asshown in Figure B-3.Figure B-3 Community/Polling Dialog Box2 Enter the community string in the box.3 Click OK.Changes made to this dialog box only take effect for new windows.Any graphs or zoom view windows that are already open will continueto use the old values.
