To scroll through the pages, pressthe FAV (favorites) button. Thecurrent page number displays abovethe preset buttons. The storedstations for each list displays on thetouch-sensitive preset buttons atthe bottom of the screen. Thenumber of preset FAV lists can bechanged.To store a radio station to amixed-band preset list:1. Touch the RADIO BAND, thentouch AM, FM, or XM to selectthe desired band.2. Tune to the station.3. Press FAV to scroll to the list.4. Touch and hold one of thepreset buttons for more thantwo seconds. The stationfrequency appears on the presetbutton at the bottom of thedisplay.5. Repeat the steps for each presetin each page.To recall a preset station from aFAV page:1. Press FAV to scroll to the page.2. Touch the preset button. Thestored preset station is recalled.TimeshiftThe Timeshift feature automaticallybegins recording the audio whenlistening to the radio.The recording allows playback ofcontent that was missed.Timeshift only stores up to20 minutes of content. After20 minutes, it removes the oldestcontent and continues recordingnew content.While listening to the radio,press k (play/pause) to stophearing the information through thespeaker. During this pausedtime, timeshift keeps recording. Astatus bar displays the length of therecording.To resume listening to the broadcastat the point where you left off,press k again.Timeshift stops recording anderases the buffer when the vehicleis turned off or the station orsource is changed.Before turning the vehicle off,press k so that timeshift keepsrecording for 20 minutes. If thevehicle is still off after 20 minutes,the system stops recording andall information is lost. If a low batterycondition occurs, timeshift stopsrecording and all informationis erased.Infotainment System 17 |
