Sunshade SwitchSunroof SwitchVent: To vent the sunroof, pressthe rear of the sunroof switch (1) tothe first detent and release. Thesunroof will open to the ventposition.Open/Close: To open or close thesunroof, press the front or rear ofthe sunroof switch (1) to the firstdetent and hold to open or close thesunroof to a desired position.Comfort Stop: The sunroof has acomfort stop feature that stops thesunroof from opening to thefull-open position. Press the rear ofthe sunroof switch (1) to the seconddetent and release to open thesunroof to the comfort openposition. Press and release the rearof the sunroof switch (1) again tofully open the sunroof. Press thefront of the sunroof switch (1) to thesecond detent and release toexpress close the sunroof.Sunshade SwitchOpen/Close: To open or close thesunshade, press the front or back ofthe sunshade switch (2) to the firstdetent and hold to open or close thesunshade to a desired position.Express Open/Express Close: Toexpress open or close thesunshade, press the sunshadeswitch (2) to the second detent andrelease.Fully close the sunroof before fullyclosing the sunshade.Anti-Pinch FeatureIf an object is in the path of thesunroof when it is closing, theanti-pinch feature detects the objectand stops the sunroof from closingat the point of the obstruction. Thesunroof then returns to the full-openposition.Dirt and debris may collect on thesunroof seal or in the track. Thiscould cause an issue with sunroofoperation or noise. It could also plugthe water drainage system.Periodically open the sunroof andremove any obstacles or loosedebris. Wipe the sunroof seal androof sealing area using a cleancloth, mild soap, and water. Do notremove grease from the sunroof.
