These features maintainlower transmission gears toincrease available engine brakingand improve acceleration response.The vehicle will exit these featuresand return to normal operation aftera short period when no spiriteddriving is detected. With the gear lever in D(Drive), press the M (ManualMode) button on the top of thegear lever. While in Tap ShiftMode, the M of the PRNDMsection of the instrumentcluster will become highlighted,and the current gear isindicated.2. Tap the left control to downshiftand the right control to upshift.3. To exit, press the M (ManualMode) button a second time.
