Outside Automatic Dimming MirrorThe driver’s outside mirror may have an automaticdimming feature that helps reduce glare from othervehicle headlamps. This feature is controlled by the onand off settings on the automatic dimming rearviewmirror. See Automatic Dimming Rearview Mirroron page 2-38.Park Tilt MirrorsIf the vehicle has memory seat and mirrors, the driver’sor passenger mirror can tilt to a pre-selected positionwhen the vehicle is shifted into R (Reverse). Shift thevehicle out of R (Reverse) and after a short delay, bothmirrors return to their original position. Use this featureto view the curb when parallel parking.Select either mirror, or both mirrors through the DriverInformation Center (DIC) to activate this feature.See DIC Vehicle Customization on page 3-60 formore information.Use the mirror controls to make further adjustmentsafter the mirror is tilted.
