Turn and Lane-Change SignalsAn arrow on the instrumentpanel cluster will flash inthe direction of theturn or lane change.Move the lever all the way up or down to signal a turn.Raise or lower the lever until the arrow starts to flashto signal a lane change. Hold it there until the lanechange is complete.The lever returns to its starting position when it isreleased.If after signaling a turn or lane change the arrow flashesrapidly or does not come on, a signal bulb may beburned-out.Have the bulbs replaced. If the bulb is not burned out,check the fuse. See Fuses and Circuit Breakers onpage 5-99 for more information.Turn Signal On ChimeIf the turn signal is left on for about 3⁄4 mile (1.2 km),a warning chime will sound and the TURN SIGNALON message will appear on the Driver InformationCenter (DIC) display. See “Turn Signal On” underDIC Warnings and Messages on page 3-51 for moreinformation.Headlamp High/Low-Beam ChangerPush forward on the turn signal/multifunction leverto change the headlamps from low to high beam.Pull the lever back and then release it to change fromhigh to low beam.If the vehicle is turned off while the high beams are on,they will come on the next time the vehicle is started.The highbeam light on theinstrument panel cluster,comes on while thehigh-beam headlampsare on.3-8
