Warranties and Return Policy E-3“Total Satisfaction” Return Policy(U.S. and Canada Only)If you are an end-user customer who bought productsdirectly from a Dell company, you may return them toDell up to 30 days from the date of invoice for a refund ofthe product purchase price if already paid. This refundwill not include any shipping and handling chargesshown on your invoice. If you are an organization whobought the products from Dell under a written agreementwith Dell, there may be different terms for the return ofproducts under this policy, based on your agreement withDell. To return products, you must call Dell CustomerService (at the telephone number shown in the chaptertitled “Getting Help” in your Installation andTroubleshooting Guide) to receive a Credit ReturnAuthorization Number. You must ship the products toDell in their original packaging, prepay shipping charges,and insure the shipment or accept the risk of loss ordamage during shipment. You may return software forrefund or credit only if the sealed package containing thediskette(s) or CD(s) is unopened. Returned products mustbe in as-new condition, and all of the manuals,diskette(s), CD(s), power cables, and other itemsincluded with a product must be returned with it.This “Total Satisfaction” Return Policy does not apply toDellWare products, which may be returned underDellWare’s then-current return policy.
