These messages alert you to any unsuccessfulattempts to configure Plug and Play or Peripheral Com-ponent Interconnect (PCI) expansion cards, as well asany problems that interfere with the operation of the Con-figuration Manager. If you receive a message from theConfiguration Manager, see Table C-2 for suggestions onresolving any problems indicated by the message.Table C-2. Configuration Manager MessagesMessage Probable Cause Corrective ActionFound Plug and PlayISA card:Plug and PlayISA Card Name.This message appears at sys-tem start-up for each Plugand Play ISA expansioncard recognized by the Con-figuration Manager.Status message; no action is required.NOTICE: Boot DeviceNot Active!
