The log containssufficient information to find and correct most minor problems. Note that the UR terminates the validation process on thefirst occurrence of most errors. Thus fixing one error in a CID file can result in the UR detecting the next occurrence of thesame type of error. So when an error is found, determine if it is a single error or just the first occurrence of a systemic error.As described in the Schema version used by UR/EnerVista section on page 3-235, the CID file needs to be well-formed XMLthat is valid according to the version of the IEC 61850 XML schema currently used by the UR.When an SCL log file contains an INTERNAL ERROR entry, save the CID file and urscl.log file.
