If no targets are active, the display will read NOACTIVE TARGETS:7.2.2 TARGET MESSAGESWhen there are no active targets, the first target to become active will cause the display to immediately default to that mes-sage. If there are active targets and the user is navigating through other messages, and when the default message timertimes out (i.e. the keypad has not been used for a determined period of time), the display will again default back to the tar-get message.The range of variables for the target messages is described below. Phase information will be included if applicable. If a tar-get message status changes, the status with the highest priority will be displayed.If a self test error is detected, a message appears indicating the cause of the error. For example UNIT NOT PROGRAMMEDindicates that the minimal relay settings have not been programmed.7.2.3 RELAY SELF-TESTSa) DESCRIPTIONThe relay performs a number of self-test diagnostic checks to ensure device integrity. The two types of self-tests (major andminor) are listed in the tables below. When either type of self-test error occurs, the Trouble LED Indicator will turn on and atarget message displayed. All errors record an event in the event recorder.
