IWS allows customers who travel or need tomove products to another country to register theproducts with IBM's International Warranty ServiceOffice (IWSO). Upon registering the product with theIWSO, IBM will issue a certificate that will be honoredwherever IBM or IBM resellers sell and service IBMCommercial PC products. The IWS program is notavailable for your IBM computer.
