This will give the musclesin your eyes a chance to relax.Positioning the keyboard• Make sure the keyboard height is comfortable fortyping.• When you type, the keyboard should be positioned sothat your arms are relaxed and comfortable, and yourforearms are roughly horizontal. Your shouldersshould be relaxed and not hunched up.• Type with a light touch, keeping your hands andfingers relaxed. Your wrists should also be straight.• If your computer came with a wristrest and youchoose to use it, do not rest your hands on thewristrest or desktop while you are typing. Instead,use the wristrest only when resting. If you prefer notto use the wristrest, you may remove it and use thekeyboard without it.Positioning the mouse• Position your mouse on the same surface as yourkeyboard so that they are at the same level. Allowenough space so that you can use your mousewithout stretching or leaning over.• When you use the mouse, hold it lightly with all yourfingers and click gently.
